The annual commemoration of Nicholas Ferrar takes place at Little Gidding on the Saturday closest to his feast day, Saturday 1 December 2018, with a celebration of Holy Communion at 10.30am. The Revd Mandy Flaherty, priest in charge, will preside and afterwards Canon Simon Kershaw will give an illustrated talk. The AGM of the Friends of Little Gidding will follow after lunch. The Friends have organized a Quiet Day at Ferrar House on Saturday 29 September 2018, which will be led by the Revd Malcolm Guite.
This year’s T S Eliot Festival is on Sunday 8 July, and celebrates the life and work of the writer, and his connection with Little Gidding.
