It is with sadness that we share the news that Canon Bill Girard died yesterday, Ash Wednesday, 14 February 2018, at Little Gidding after a short period of ill health. He was 82 and had lived at Little Gidding since his retirement in 2000 after an active ministry spent almost entirely in the diocese of Ely, where he was much loved and well-known.
